Highway maintenance and new facilities

Greenway group controls and participates in a number of companies involved in the the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the highway in the the field of green works, highway emergency services, and hydraulic maintenance of the highway platform. Among these stand out in terms of production capacity Ecogest SpA, the Italian leader in highway maintenance with the direct management of more than 7,000 km of network, Consorzio Servizi Infrastrutture and, in the foreign sphere, Ecogest Servicerom of Bucharest (Romania); while indirectly, through the majority shareholding, exercised by Ecogest Spa, there is the subsidiary of Ecogest North America Inc. of Toronto (Canada), a company the latter of which was established at the end of 2021, and which is also launching important activities in the U.S. markets, where it believes it will land in the coming 2025.
