NPLUS North America Share Acquisition
Last April 10, in Toronto, ON, the purchase of 33% of the shares of the new.co NPLUS North America was completed, a company associated with the homonymous NPLUS Srl of Rovereto (TN) whose majority shareholder is the young Giordano Riello, of the homonymous Riello dynasty (AERMEC), an international player in the industrial air conditioning sector.
NPlus North America will be responsible for developing the sale, installation and maintenance of civil and industrial art monitoring systems on the Canadian market, a core business activity that has already been on the Italian market for several years.
The Molinari family, through its holding company, welcomed with enthusiasm and satisfaction the proposal made by the members of NPlus Italia to become part of this Canadian new.co.
Greenway Group, through its Italian subsidiary Ecogest SpA, controls the Canadian Ecogest North America INC, based in Toronto, which for some years has been developing the business of green maintenance along the road network in Canada.
