Highway concessions and new facilities In the area of highway concessions, between 2021 and 2022 Greenway Group took over a package of shares in the concessionaire CAL “Consorzio Autostrade Lombarde,” previously held by the Municipality of Caravaggio and BPM – Banco popolare Milano -, and which controls the highway concessions of the A35 BREBEMI, A36 PEDEMONTANA and A58 TEEM; the size of the shares purchased allows it to play an observer role with respect to the development and growth of these highway sections, which are strategic in the northeastern area of Italy.
